Leave Management
Bequent has a leave module. Employees do not need a paper based leave history card or leave application form.
This module helps them to ease the process by selecting leave categories which can be added from leave module and
determining what type of leave they want , you can add your own application and create a leave application
You can also check how many employees are on leave and what the certain period for advanced leave planning is.
In the leave module dashboard you can see all the leave applications and also see how many people are already on leave recently
and track their duration. Also to help you more there is a leave calendar that can provide you with more clear view of employee leave dates.
Leave rules can be seen, applied and approved or rejected online by all employees in a few clicks
and can also be bypassed in case an immediate superior is not present.
Well, all leave records need to be stored somewhere for later usage. Complete statictic of
every employee leave requests , wheather they are paid or unpaid, how many days of leaves
the have all in one place to make the job of HR much simpler.
